About MasterMindz Management Advisory

MasterMindz Management Advisory is a practitioner-led consultancy headquartered in Abu Dhabi. It was founded on the conviction that the most effective advisory comes from people who have held the roles they advise on — not from frameworks alone.

The firm works with government entities, corporates and institutions across the UAE and the wider region, delivering engagements in procurement transformation, ESG and sustainable procurement, governance and board advisory, institutional transformation, digital and AI-enabled procurement, and leadership mentoring.

Alongside its advisory practice, MasterMindz hosts the Emirati Professionals Network — a platform dedicated to connecting and promoting UAE national talent locally and globally.

Practitioner-led

Every engagement is grounded in real-world implementation experience, not theory alone.

Integrity

National purpose

A genuine commitment to Emirati talent development and the UAE's long-term institutional strength.

Sustainability

ESG principles are embedded in every engagement, not offered as an optional add-on.
